Hi - really sorry to hear about your accident. Can completely sympathise with the pins and plate in your arm as my husband went through something very similar - although he had pins on the outside of his leg and had to regrow the bone in his leg which was a very long and painful process.

You certainly look very cheerful in your photo and a positive attitude always helps in these circumstances.
