Sad for no reason
I walked down the sunny leafy street in which I live this morning and realised I was feeling overwhelmingly sad. Remembering People Part 1
I recently injured my shoulder and it has aggravated a rotator cuff injury. As I walked down a sunny leafy street this morning I found myself mentally thinking through the exercises I would need to do to aid recovery. Becoming a Johnny
Spot the real life saver… So dedicated am I to the subject of learning first aid that I recently threw myself off my bicycle to give a first aider the chance to try out her skills. She was good. She was Red Cross. In the ambulance I joked with the crew about the first aider being on site: “but it’s ok, it wasn’t St Johns, it was a real first aider!” Cue giggling...
